Day One Queenstown
Arrive Queenstown and collect you rental vehicle from Queenstown airport, drive to your Queenstown accoomodation.

Day Two Queenstown – Milford Sounds – Queenstown
Today enjoy a truly stunning scenic drive to Milford Sound, travelling initially from Queenstown to Te Anau, gateway to the Fiordland National Park then through the Homer Tunnel emerge into the Cleddau Valley. Join your Milford Sound Nature Cruise for an unforgettable experience, and explore the wonder of this majestic fiord before returning to Queenstown by road. As an alternative to self-driving you can chose to travel to and from Queenstown by coach as a day tour option to Milford Sound, or treat yourself to a truly unique experience and join a Doubtful Sounds day tour from Queenstown; see extras available on the booking menu.

Day Three Queenstown
A free day at leisure in Queenstown to either simply explore this most beautiful township nestled on the shores of Lake Wakatipu and surrounds by mountains which are snow-capped for much of the year or enjoy one of the many actives that are on offer. See extras available on the booking me

Day Four Queenstown – Dunedin
Travel from Queenstown through Central Otago and the townships of Cromwell on Lake Dunstan, Alexandra and the old goldmining townships of Roxbrugh and Lawrence. This area of Central Otago is renowned for its fruit orchards. Arrive in Dunedin mid- afternoon and check into your accommodation. Late afternoon drive out onto the Otago Peninsula where a guided tour of the Yellow Eyed Penguin Reserve, to see the world’s rarest penguin has been arranged

Day Five Dunedin – Christchurch
This morning you have the option to explore Dunedin City or joining the Dunedin Rail Taieri Gorge train journey, rated as on of the top train journeys in the world. Early afternoon depart Dunedin for Christchurch travelling north via Oamaru, Timaru and Ashburton; on route you can visit the famous Moraki Boulders which can be found littering the beach at Moeraki. Once  in Christchurch you will return your rental vehicle at which time  your tour concludes.

The tour pricing is on a twin share basis with up to two adults and two children travelling (children will be sharing the same hotel room as their parents). Should a single person be travelling, then the single person supplement will apply. See extras available on the booking menu

The tour price includes the on way rental vehicle relocation fee. The vehicle is being collected in Queenstown and dropped off in Christchurch.

By addding optional extras at the time of booking you will receive a 10% disocount on the extras as well as on the actual booking.

Important Information Regarding Your Vehicle Rental:

1. The vehicle included with this rental is a Standard Size SDAR car, Toyota Corolla or similar
2. There are options to upgrade the vehicle size at the time of booking, see extras available on the booking menu
3. The vehicle comes equipped with Satellite Navigation
4. The standard size vehicle can carry up to 5 people, and up to two large and two small suitcases
5. The vehicle rental has a NZ$575.00 insurance excess for any vehicle damage, regardless of fault. There is the option to purchase vehicle collision damage wavier, reducing the excess to $0, see extras available on the booking menu.
