This tour departs daily from Nelson and enjoys the combined experience of both the Abel Tasman National Park and the Nelson wine region. From Nelson travel by road, with an informative commentary on route, to Kaiteriteri a picturesque holiday township and the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park. In Kaiteriteri you will join Wilson Abel Tasman Cruises for the 45 minute cruise to The Anchorage opposite Torrent Bay. Once in the National Park you will have time for a short scenic bush walk or simply relax on the beach and enjoy the stunning scenery. (bring your swimmers). On returning to Kaiteriteri you will then travel again by road to the Nelson Wine Region and visiting two of Nelson’s award winning wineries and tasting a selection of their great wines. You will learn to taste wines like a professional. On your return journey to Nelson a stop will be made on-route at Mapua Wharf which now houses a collection of some of the region’s best boutique stores. Lunch is not included, Bring your own or there will be several opportunities along the way for café stops.
